- Engagement & Pricing
Once we agree on the services to be provided, you’ll receive an engagement letter outlining the work and fees. Depending on the complexity of your return, a retainer or upfront payment is required before work begins. A retainer is applied toward the total cost of your tax preparation services.
- Document Collection
We gather the necessary tax documents, including prior-year returns when applicable, and guide you through our secure document upload system.
- Preparation & Support
Your return is prepared with care and attention to detail, and we’re available to answer questions throughout the process.
